Q. Unable to enable Bluetooth Settings Icon in Windows Notification Area
A. Using SEARCH icon, search for bluetooth, "Change Bluetooth Settings" will appear
Select the check box, "Change Bluetooth icon in the Notification Area" will appear
Alternative to task manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)
run resmon.exe (resource monitor)
or
run pefmon.exe (resmon.exe is better)
